How do I order your business greeting cards?

Simply click on the card design you like. You will be taken to the card ordering page.

Step 1, enter the quantity of cards you wish to order. Cards are sold in multiples of 10.

Step 2, choose your inside greeting, default is our standard suggested greeting.  You can choose to have a blank inside or print your own custom message. Customization for the inside greeting is avaible for most cards but not all. Please call us at (800) 422-8506 if you need more space for your custom inside greeting or wish to use a different font. There is no extra charge for additional space or different font.

Step 3, choose your closing, default is "leave blank". Here you can add your Company name, contact information or company logos. Please call us at (800) 422-8506 if you need more space for your custom closing or wish to use a different font. There is no extra charge for additional space or different font.

Step 4, choose your envelope options, default is "leave blank". Here you can add your return address to the back flap of the envelopes. Price for each card includes a matching non-personalized colored envelope. Envelope colors are Gold, Blue, Green, Gray and White.

Once you are finished add the item to your cart and repeat the above steps for your next card.

Is there a minimum quantity of cards I have to order?

Yes, the minimum total quantity for your order is 40 cards. You can mix and match card designs and the cards are sold in multiples of 10 cards. So, for an order of 40 cards you can have 4 different designs at quantity 10 each for a total of 40 cards.


Do you ship your cards internationally?

At this time we use UPS to ship within the USA and Canada. We do not ship to other international locations.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are based on the quantity of the cards you are ordering. The following are our UPS Ground shipping rates. If you need to receive your cards faster then please call us at (800) 422-8506 to get UPS 3 day, 2nd day or next busines day prices.

Qty 40-90 cards = $9.95
Qty 100-240 cards = $14.95
Qty 250-490 cards = $21.95
Qty 500-990 cards = $28.95
Qty 1000+ cards = $38.95

Can I have my cards ship to a PO Box or APO Address?

Sorry, we only use UPS and unfortunately UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

When can I expect my cards?

Cards are usually available to ship within 2 business days. Click on each card to see its availability at the bottom of the page, or check its availability in your shopping cart. Your cards will ship from California and depending on where they are shipped to, it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days going UPS Ground.

If you need to receive your cards sooner then please call us at (800) 422-8506 to arrange a faster delivery time.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your cards have shipped, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will contain a UPS tracking number. Simply go to, enter your tracking number and you can see when your package will be delivered.


Can I create my own assortment pack of cards?

Yes, NISA cards are sold in multiples of 10 cards and you can mix and match card designs.  Simply click on the individual card you wish to order, change the quantity, choose your customization options and add to cart. Your price will be based on the final total quantity of your order. Visit our pricing page to see our prices.

Can I customize your assortment packs?

Yes and no. You can not change the inside greeting of the assortment packs but you can add a closing and customize your envelopes. Simply click on the assortment pack you wish to order and choose your customization options. There is an extra charge for customization. Visit our pricing page to see our custom prices.  If you wish to change the inside greeting of the cards then you need to order each card individually.

A: Can I order cards with our logo on the cover?

We can print your logo on the inside of any of our cards but we do not create a card that only has your company logo printed on the cover. Using a print shop for this purpose is much more economical as opposed to a greeting card company.


Can I return non-customized greeting cards for a refund if I am not happy with my order?

Yes, non-customized greeting cards that are printed with suggested inside greetings or blank inside can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase date.  Unfortunately we can not refund your original shipping charges. Can I return customized greeting cards for a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately greeting cards or postcards that have been customized for your specific need and imprinted with your company name and contact information or any custom greeting imprinting can not be returned for refund or exchange. Customized greeting cards are printed exactly as the information entered through the internet ordering process or copy provided by you, NISA is not responsible for spelling errors or misprints. Custom greeting cards will be exchanged in the event of damage during shipping or misprints caused by NISA. To discuss your concerns regarding your custom order please contact us at (800) 422-8506.


Do you offer any wholesale pricing?

No, we do not offer any additional discount on our cards. Our cards are priced based on quantity, the more you buy the lower your price is. Visit out pricing page to see our quantity prices.


Can I use your images on my blog, on my website or as an e-card?

NISA LLC owns the copyright on all our designs and images. They are not available to be used on any blogs, websites or as an e-card. Re-producing the images and designs from website for other purposes is illegal and strictly prohibited. So please do not do it.


How is my information used?

The information we learn from customers helps us to continually improve your shopping experience at We receive and store any information you enter on our web site when you request a catalog, request free samples, place an order, give us a telephone call, send us a letter or an e-mail.  We use the information you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our store, and communicating with you.

Do you sell my information to others?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business. Under no circumstances do we sell your information to others.

What security measures do you take to protect my information?

Our databases are protected by physical, technical, and procedural measures that restrict information access to authorized persons.  We work hard to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input, information such as credit card numbers or account information is encrypted for further protection.
